Good For You Chili

Ingredients

4 cups
water
1
x 28-ounce cancrushed tomatoes
2
x 16-ounce canspinto beans, drained and rinsed
1
x 16-ounce cansolid pack pumpkin
1 cup
chopped onion
1 cup
Chopped redbell pepper
2/3 cup
uncooked bulgurwheat
1
x 4-ounce canchopped green chilies
2-1/2 tbs
chili powder
1 tsp
ground cumin
1 tsp
minced garlic
1 tsp
salt

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a large pot.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 30-35 minutes until bulgur is tender.
