Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
1 lb
Tofu (soft, not silken)
3 T
Oil (not a strong flavored oil)
4 T
Cocoa powder
2 T
Carob Powder
1/2 T
tahini
1/3 cup
maple syrup
6 T
sweetener
1 T
vanilla
Chocolate/Carob Chips, dairy-free, melted(optional)
Preparation
In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping sides with a rubber spatula periodically. Chill in parfait glasses before serving.Recipe group: Dessert.
