Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Tofu (soft, not silken)
Oil (not a strong flavored oil)
Chocolate/Carob Chips, dairy-free, melted(optional)
PreparationIn a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping sides with a rubber spatula periodically. Chill in parfait glasses before serving.
