Cucumber Salad (2)
whole cucumber, cut very thinly
apple, thinly sliced
fennel, sliced thinly
fresh dill, chopped
PreparationPlace the cucumber, apple and fennel in a bowl.
Prepare the dressing and pour it over the salad.
Mix thoroughly and decorate with the feathery leaves of the fennel.
