Cucumber Salad (2)

Ingredients

whole cucumber, cut very thinly
1
apple, thinly sliced
1 medium-sized
fennel, sliced thinly
1 tbs
pine nuts
dressing
3 tbs
sunflower oil
2 tbs
vinegar
2 tbs
fresh dill, chopped
salt
pepper
Preparation
Place the cucumber, apple and fennel in a bowl.Prepare the dressing and pour it over the salad.
Mix thoroughly and decorate with the feathery leaves of the fennel.
