Potatoes

Ingredients
1 kg
small potaoes
750 ml
water
salt
parsley
Preparation
Wash and peel the potatoes.Place the potatoes in a pot and add water and some salt.
Cover and bring to the boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for about 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Drain the potatoes and decorate them with parsley.
The folling kitchen utensils are required: libra.
