Spicy Pears

Ingredients
4 large
ripe pears, peeled, cored and cut into halves
300 ml
orange juice
2 tsp
cinnamon
80 g
Raisins
2 tbs
brown sugar
Preparation
Put the pears into a large saucepan.Add the spice, sugar and the raisins.
Pour the juice over it.
Bring the mixture to the boil for 1 minute.
Then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove the pears from the pan and put them on a serving plate.
Decorate with the hot syrup.
The folling kitchen utensils are required: libra.
