Salad from Chinese Cabbage
Ingredients
1 medium
chinese cabbage
dressing
4 tbs
olive oil
1-2 tbs
vinegar
1 tbs
lemon juice
salt
sugar
Preparation
Slice the cabbage finely.Wash and drain and put it in a serving dish.
Mix all ingredients for the dressing and pour over the salad.
Mix together thoroughly.
