Red Rice


3 tbs
sunflower oil
1 small
onion, finely chopped
100 g
mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
chilli or cayenne pepper
500 g
rice, washed and drained
2 tbs
tomato purée
1 litre
vegetable stock


Heat the oil in a pot.
Add the onion and the mushrooms.
Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the rice and the spices and stir well.
Add the vegetable stock and bring to the boil while stirring gently.
Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is soft.

The folling kitchen utensils are required: libra.
