Lentil Salad

Ingredients
1 lb
lentils
1/2 cup
oil
1/2 cup
vinegar
2 tbs
sugar
2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
cumin
1 tsp
mustard
1/2 tsp
turmeric
1/2 tsp
mace
1/2 tsp
coriander
1/2 tsp
cardamom
1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp
clovee
1/4 tsp
nutmeg
1 cup
currants
1/3 cup
capers
1 1/3 cups
onion
Preparation
Cook lentil til tender.Add all ingredients and refrigerate.
Add currants at very end approx 1 hour prior to serving.
