A Touch of Spice - So Nice
Elena's Black Pepper Linguini(12 oz)
Garlic Survival Company PastaSauce (16 oz)
bag or bunchof fresh spinach
large handful of snowpeas
large tomato -roughly chopped
PreparationBring water to a boil, add pasta, cook until al dente.
Heat sauce in a separate pot, med-low.
Add the snow peas 2 minutes before draining.
Add spinach 30 seconds before draining.
Drain pasta, toss with vegetables and sauce.
Sprinkle tomatoes and pine nuts over top.
