fresh ginger (grated)
pints of vegstock (marmite stock etc)
serves 4+, cooking time 40mins in a microwave.
Preparationplace oil, garlic, ginger, chilli, cumin and turmeric in a large non-metalic bowl and cook on full power in microwave for 3 mins.
When finished cooking, stir, and add stock and lentils, stir in well, cover and cook for another 40 mins.
Check half way through and stir.
When cooking has finished check for thickness, if not thick enough give it a bit more cooking time.

This recipe is based on a 550 watt microwave, adjust cooking times to manufacturers guidelines.
If extra lentils are added to make it thicker, you can cool it in a fridge and make a pate, dont forget to add corriander first.Enjoy !!!
