(15 oz.) chick peas - process these until well
I'm not much on measuring but try this on for size and adjust to taste:
PreparationBlend until creamy.
If too thick or dry add a little more olive oil.
If you like a garlicky hummus, add more!
Serve on pita wedges.
Top with garden fresh tomato slices for a yummy lunch.
