Carrot and Celery Salad

Ingredients
250 g
carrots, roughly grated
100 g
celery, roughly grated
(alternatively try thin stripes of oranges)
1
apple, roughly grated
75 g
walnuts, chopped
dressing
4 tbs
sunflower oil
2-3 tbs
vinegar
salt
pepper
Preparation
Put the carrots, celery and apple into a bowl.Prepare the dressing and pour it over the salad.
Mix well.
Finally put the walnuts on top of the salad.
The folling kitchen utensils are required: libra.
